Samer – Executive Chef and Partner

With over 16 years of culinary experience from banquets to fine dining,
Chef Samer “Sam” Jabsheh studied at Kendall College in Evanston and
has worked at an array of Chicago establishments where he has built on
his education and creativity by preparing a wide range of North American
and International Cuisines. After graduation from Kendall, Sam went on to
work at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Chicago followed by a position as Lead Cook
and Sous Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel, University Club of Chicago,
and Advocate Christ Hospital. Sam joins Dawali Mediterranean Kitchen
as the head chef of the new Halsted location.
